Renting a spacious room with a double bed in a big, sunny flat in the heart of la Vila de Gràcia. To share with me, 34-year-old woman from Sweden, and my super friendly and chill dog. I work, sometimes from home and sometimes from the office.

The flat was renovated when I moved in 4 years ago, and is in great conditions. Big sunny balcony accessible from the living room. Spacious, fully equipped kitchen. Private bathroom.

It's very important that you appreciate a calm and clean living space where a relaxed co-living is priority. It is super important that you take good care of the living spaces in the flat, and that taking equal responsibility for cleaning is a natural given. Open communication, a love for dogs, and a positive attitude are all key things that I look for in a new flatmate. If you are additionally vegan and have a love for the outdoors, that's a plus.

The room is available from April 11th (a sooner date can be discussed, but later is not possible). The price includes Wi-Fi, but does not include a quarterly communal fee for cleaning of the stairs of the building, gas, water, and electricity bills. These bills are shared equally between the two of us.
